To support, empower and bring together African and diverse communities in the UK by improving access to education, employment, skills, culture, wellbeing, family support and specialist services, while promoting inclusion, opportunity and stronger communities.

Helping individuals and families settle, connect and participate positively in their communities.

Supporting children and young people to remain in education and achieve their potential.
Support for Children with Disabilities
Providing information, guidance, peer support and signposting to specialist services.
Training, Employment and Entrepreneurship
Delivering skills workshops, mentoring, employability support and business development activities.
Culture, Arts and Talent Development
Organising cultural events and promoting artists, creatives and multicultural heritage.
Sports, Recreation and Wellbeing
Providing sports, recreational and community activities that promote health and social inclusion.
Family Support and Inclusion
Helping families reduce isolation, strengthen relationships and access appropriate support.
Immigration, Employment Rights and Advice Support
Providing information, guidance and signposting on immigration matters, employment rights and access to qualified specialist advice.

A CIC exists for community benefit, and the law says so.
Set up for public good
Every CIC must show the regulator that a reasonable person would see its activities as benefiting the community, not a few owners.
Assets stay in the community
Our assets can only be used for our community purpose, or transferred to another asset-locked body if we ever close.
Open about what we do
We file a community interest company report each year with Companies House, describing who we consulted and what we delivered.
Together, we can build a stronger and more inclusive community.
Take part
Join our community programmes, workshops, cultural events and support sessions. Residents, young people, families, entrepreneurs and community members are welcome to participate. To join an activity, contact us by phone or email, or register for one of our upcoming sessions.
Volunteer
We welcome volunteers who want to make a positive difference in the community. Volunteers may support our events, youth activities, workshops, community outreach, administration and family support programmes. Training and guidance will be provided where necessary, and some roles may require appropriate background checks such as a DBS check.
Partner with us
We work with schools, local councils, charities, community organisations, funders, businesses and professional service providers. Partnerships can include joint community projects, training programmes, sponsorship, referrals, mentoring, funding opportunities and support for families, young people and entrepreneurs.
